At NEON SIGNO, we provide warranty coverage for our products to ensure your peace of mind.

- Indoor Split LED Neon Single Color Signs come with a 12-month warranty

- Indoor SMD / Integrated LED Neon Single Color Signs come with a 24-month warranty

- Indoor SMD / Integrated LED Neon RGB Multicolor Signs come with a 24-month warranty

- Indoor SMD / Integrated LED Neon RGB Rainbow Signs come with a 12-month warranty

- Outdoor Split LED Neon Single Color Signs come with a 6-month warranty

- Outdoor SMD / Integrated LED Neon Single Color Signs come with a 6-month warranty

- Outdoor SMD / Integrated LED Neon RGB Multicolor Signs come with a 6-month warranty

- Outdoor SMD / Integrated LED Neon RGB Rainbow Signs come with a 6-month warranty

- Electrical components (Power Supply / Adapter, Brightness Controller / Dimmer, and Remote) have a 12-month warranty for Indoor Signs and 6-month warranty for Outdoor Signs when used appropriately

Please note: 

  • It is crucial to properly protect the power supply and other electrical components by placing them under a shed or cover. Failing to do so can lead to potential faults or malfunctions, and importantly, it will also render the warranty void.
  • NEON SIGNO does not provide any warranty on the products (Power Adapter / Dimmer) ordered via Amazon or any other website, nor for an unsuccessful installation of the neon sign. We take no responsibility for the signs, in case the segments are assembled in an unsound and flawed manner.

Warranty coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs

NEON SIGNO bears no responsibility for any costs incurred for installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If you have installed and/or hard-wired your product/sign, We (NEON SIGNO) take no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign or product. If your sign has been wired and/or modified by an electrician we reserve the right at our sole discretion to decide if the fault is covered under our warranty period or not.

Replacement

NEON SIGNO assures its customers that the products we offer are free from any manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, in the emergence of such a case, we provide hassle-free assistance to all the customers.

Kindly note, we offer Returns or Replacements for faulty products only and will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, or replace the faulty product after careful inspection of the delivered products. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of NEON SIGNO.

Faulty Products

When reporting a faulty product, please provide a short video and photos for quality analysis. Both video and photo(s) are necessary for precise evaluation. Failure to provide these may limit our ability to address your issue effectively. Once we receive all the required information, we will work towards resolving the issue. In some cases, we may provide instructions for remote troubleshooting. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution, we will issue a replacement at no cost. In exceptional cases where a resolution is not possible, we may offer a refund, at the sole discretion of NEON SIGNO. The refund amount will be equal to or less than the sold price of the product, excluding shipping charges.

Please note:

- Do not dispose of or discard any items related to the reported issue, as we may arrange to collect them for further analysis.

- For faulty products, we provide replacements for the faulty part only. Please do not discard any working components.


About Neon Signs

  • Due to the custom and hand-made nature of our products, slight variations in shape, color, font, or size may occur.
  • The size may vary by 1-3 inches for orders placed through the design tool.
  • Additionally, the exact design or font may not be replicated exactly as shown in the computer-generated mockup since our signs are handcrafted.
  • Some glue marks may be present due to the use of hard glue for fixing LEDs, which is normal.
  • Marginal discolorations may occur due to differences in computer screen or printer calibration, as well as prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV rays.
  • Please note that our signs may emit some noise or sound from the LED, dimmer circuits, adapters, or power supply. This is normal, as they operate at specific frequencies and may include additional ventilation for safety.
About UV Printed Signs and Illuminated Signs
Our printers are calibrated to ensure precise color re-production. The products within our UV Print Neon Signs and Illuminated Signs line are printed in RGB, and we commit to replicate the colors in your design. While we strive for exact matches, occasional variations in color may occur, which are not considered production errors. It is important to acknowledge that differences may exist between the product's on-screen representation and the printed outcome. To address this, we encourage customers to provide special instructions if precise color matching is crucial.

Please note: 
  • We do not issue refunds or accept returns based on misunderstandings arising from color, depth, or tone variations. We are not accountable for any disparities, whether actual or perceived, between the product's appearance on your screen and the final printed piece. Any such instances will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
  • For illuminated signs, we ensure to synchronize the colors with your design when the sign is on. However, when the sign is off, there will be a slight color variation.

As a buyer, you acknowledge that these variations and discolorations are not considered faults of the products and accept the possibility of such occurrences.

You agree that the determination of whether a product's failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is at the sole discretion of NEON SIGNO (Pathseeker LLC).

You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by NEON SIGNO as to the cause of the failure or breakage.

Damage During Transit

We recommend opening your parcel upon delivery and recording an unboxing video for future claims. In the unlikely event that your sign is damaged during transit, we will ensure a resolution is provided. If the package shows any signs of damage, punctures, or bends on any side or corner, it is advisable to take clear pictures and video before opening the box.

To be eligible for a replacement, damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery* of your neon sign. Any damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy.

*Note: The delivery date refers to the courier delivery date, which can be found in your tracking email.

If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 7-day claim period, please send an email to support@neonsigno.com with the following information:

- A clear photo of the damage to the sign

- An unboxing video

- Clear photos of the box from multiple directions, showing any damage to the outer box

- A clear photo of the shipping label on the box

Failure to comply with this request and time frame will release NEON SIGNO from its obligations.

In the event that a sign is deemed faulty, lost, or damaged during shipping, NEON SIGNO offers a replacement at no cost. Requests for modified designs or changes in shipping address may incur additional charges based on customer requirements.
