Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

At NEON SIGNO, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note that since our products are made-to-order, once the production process is initiated (including pre-designed products in the Website shop section), we are unable to cancel orders. However, a customer can cancel the product/sign purchased within 4 Hours only from the time of purchase. (Please Note: If a customer opts to use the Rush order service but later decides to cancel their order, they must do so within one hour of making the purchase).

Beyond the time-frame mentioned above, the order is deemed to be final and cannot be canceled.

To be eligible for cancellation and a refund, simply send an email with the subject line "Cancel Order <Order Number>" to orders@neonsigno.com within the above mentioned time-frame.

Kindly note, 

  • We do not cancel custom orders with pre-approved designs, you can modify the design as per your requirements as many times as you wish before the initiation of the production process .
  • After the refund is processed it may take up to 8 - 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Returns / Replacement / Refunds

NEON SIGNO assures its customers, the products we offer are free from any manufacturing defect. In the unfortunate emergence of such a case, we provide hassle-free assistance to all the customers. Kindly note, We offer Replacements for faulty products and will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, or replace the faulty product after careful inspection of the delivered products.  The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault, and warranty guidelines and is at the sole discretion of  NEON SIGNO

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We require you to always record video and click pictures while unboxing the received product as proof for speedy and undisputed claims. If the package received is damaged, punctured, or bent from any side or corner it is advisable to take clear pictures before opening the box. This is required to claim insurance from the shipping company.  

We only provide replacements if the provided proofs are validated by our team. Please note, we do not offer any refund in case of manufacturing defects or damaged or lost products. We assure unbiased assistance and customer support and may offer a brand-new replacement for absolute customer satisfaction. Kindly refer to the Warranty Policy and Shipping Policy for more details.
